  4. Execute a left middle punch to A, maintaining a right walking stance toward A.
  5. Move the left foot to D, forming a right L-stance, a middle knife hand guarding block to D.
  6. Move the right foot to D forming a right walking stance, executing a right middle straight fingertip thrust.
  7. Twist the right knife-hand together with the body counter clockwise until its palm faces downward (release move), move the left foot to D turning 360° counter clockwise to form a left walking stance toward D, executing a left high side back fist strike.

Defenders start in parallel ready stance.

  1. Left leg back L stance, middle inner forearm block to the outside three times. Counter attack = Move the left leg into a sitting stance, focus with the left hand, execute a double punch to the opponents kidney area.
  2. Right leg back L stance, middle outer forearm block to the inside two times. Counter attack = Move to the right into sitting stance parallel to opponent, execute a left outer forearm block and a high section punch to opponent’s jaw.
